Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ever Camp gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to get what you need for your outdoor adventures.

Returns Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return
    Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order using the template provided below.
  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items
    Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Send the package to our returns centre at:

  5. Processing
    Allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once received.

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above
  • Clearly indicate in your return request that you prefer an exchange
  • Specify the replacement item you’d like
  • We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return (additional shipping charges may apply)

Refund Information

  • Refund Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • International Refunds: For international orders, refunds will be processed in GBP. Currency conversion differences may occur based on your bank’s exchange rates.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Batteries (due to chemical composition and limited lifespan)
  • Camping Cutlery Sets (for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened or used sleeping bags and air beds
  • Personal care items
  • Items missing original packaging or tags

Damaged or Defective Items
